Accounts may be obtained and used only by independent professionals who are seeking legal employment or career resources; and/or individuals with the right and authority to act on behalf of an organization for the purposes of locating independent professionals for available positions. On obtaining an account, you'll have access to the services and the functionality that we may establish and maintain at our sole discretion. You agree to use your account for your personal use only and not to redistribute any of the content on this site.

We expect all of our users to conduct themselves in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Personal attacks, flaming and other forms of discourteous and unprofessional online conduct are grounds, at our discretion, for the immediate suspension or termination of the offending party's account.

User Content
You are solely responsible for your communications and the consequences of their posting and for the content and information you provide, distribute, post, include, link to, or otherwise upload to our site. Charging for Services

You will be notified of any charges and given the option to continue to use or to terminate your account. You will be responsible for all charges for using these additional services if you choose to continue use.

Liability for Third-Party Content
This site provides access to third party content. You understand and agree that we're only acting as a conduit and that we have no liability related to the third-party, whether arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy or obscenity.

Creative Vigor is only a medium for employers/Recruiter to post job opportunities and candidates to post portfolios or resume. Creative Vigor is not to be considered an employer with respect to the use of our site and shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made by any entity posting jobs on our site.

We do not screen or censor the listings offered and are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

We also do not make any warranty, express or implied, regarding any job posting, any individual or organization providing a posting or for any profiles or resumes. You agree that any agreement between you and any individual or organization be based solely on the terms negotiated by them and you and shall be done at your own risk.

Creative Vigor does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by them.

Registration/Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and the uses of your registration, whether or not it is authorized by you. You agree to insure that you exit from your account at the end of each session and to immediately notify Creative Vigor of any unauthorized use of your user name or password.

Termination
You agree that Creative Vigor may terminate your password, account or use of our service immediately, without prior notice, and remove and discard any content within our service

Alternatively, we may choose to remove some or all of your content or make it private. Creative Vigor may also immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or our service. Following the termination, we may remove some or all of your content from our servers or elect to retain it, at our sole option.

Any payment obligations incurred prior to the termination of this agreement, shall survive such termination. In no event shall any refunds be paid.

Liability For Our Server
The company does not warrant that the site will operate error-free or that the site and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. The site and material are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to your account and make no warranty as to the operation, functionality, or availability of the site, or that the site or materials or content provided will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. If your use of Creative Vigor results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Creative Vigor is not responsible for those costs.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Member Code of Conduct
All materials including images, illustrations, designs, photographs, video clips and written contents and other materials that are part of this collection (collectively, the 'Contents') are copyrights, trade marks, intellectual property owned & controlled by their respective owners / clients.

Payment

• Where Subscription Fees accrues it shall be payable at or within such time as stated in th e invoice(s) issued by the Company to the User.
• The Subscription Fees shall be paid by the User on demand. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the Subscription Fees accrued subject to the decision of the Company on the dispute. In the event of Company's deciding the dispute in the User's favour, the Company shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User free of interest.
• Any delay in the payment by the User of any sums due under this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount from the date the payment became due until the date of final payment by the User.

 

Warranty
Creative Vigor makes no warranty that

• the service will meet your requirements
• the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
• the quality of any products, services, information, or other Material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations

Modifications to Agreement or Service
We may change and modify the Privacy Policy at any time. All changes become effective immediately.
